From I-495 (Capital Beltway) / Washington, D.C.:

1. Take I-495 to Exit 7A for MD-5 South (Branch Avenue) toward Waldorf.

2. Continue on MD-5 South for approximately 11 miles.

3. MD-5 South will naturally merge with US-301 South (Crain Highway).

4. From US-301 South, turn right onto Chadds Ford Drive (look for the 7-Eleven at the intersection).

5. Take the first right onto General Lafayette Boulevard.

6. The future site of The Enclave at Brandywine will be on your left, just past the intersection, nestled in the wooded parcel before you reach the adjacent neighborhoods.

From the South (Waldorf / La Plata):

1. Take US-301 North (Crain Highway) toward Brandywine.

2. Turn left onto Chadds Ford Drive.

3. Take your first right onto General Lafayette Boulevard.

4. The site is located approximately 850 feet past the intersection on the south (left) side of the road.
